How do I know what size of thermal wear to get?

Generally, the thumb rule is that you get thermals which are one size smaller than your loose fitted clothes.

Size Guide:

Small:     4-6  34″  Waist: 26″ – 28″

Medium: 8-10  36″  Waist: 28″ – 30″

Large:  12–14  38″  Waist:  30″ – 32″

X Large: 14-16  40″  Waist: 32″ – 34″
